Tomorrow I will be introducing Johana Pittl a extremely well trained and experienced Physical Therapist. She will be discussing and demonstrating exercise for our generation, why it is important and what types of exercise are most beneficial.

In addition she will be offering her in home services as both a licensed therapist and masseuse.
