Our newest package features the best approaches to securing your property. This package features 4 cameras, a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) and a GSM alarm system with wireless motion sensors.

 

Here’s how it works:

 

The Video Surveillance System

The cameras are placed either inside your home, or around your home (we have weatherproof cameras for outdoor use).  These cameras are set to record whenever motion is detected. The cameras feature night vision, providing a good quality image at night.

 

The DVR records continuously, and stores video footage for about a month (for snowbirds and part-timers, we have larger capacity units to record for several months at a time).  Video can be replayed,  or copied over to a USB memory stick.

 

Internet Access

If you have an internet connection and a router, you may view your cameras and control your DVR remotely from anywhere in the world….a great way to “keep tabs” on your home, property or business. Great for confirming employee’s entry and exit times, unauthorized visitors, “disappearing” tools, items etc…

 

The Alarm System

This package also features a GSM alarm. This is comprised of a series of sensors placed throughout the house. These sensors detect motion, or the opening of a door or window. In case of intrusion, the alarm is triggered at once. A siren will blare, and the system will call up to 6 phone numbers in sequence. This system does not require a land line, so it’s fully independent.
