2.  Yoga for Absolute Beginners:  10am to 11:00 am - Thursdays
You've tried, but you end up with more pain than gain.  This class is for you.
3.  Tai Chi Chuan:  9am to 9:55 - Wednesdays & Fridays
A martial arts form that enhances balance and body awareness through slow, graceful and precise body movements.  Catch up on research here.
4.  Core Balance Conditioning Training:  9am to 9:55am - Mondays and 10:30 to 11:25 Wednesdays.
Challenge your brain and learn new tricks that help align feet, knees, hips, shoulders and release stress.

How to get there:  After Fresas Mary on the Volcancito Road make a left on next road where Starfish Center is.  Drive in about 150 meters, after Pentacost's wall and the house painted red wine.  Dojo is located in the bottom floor of the house with tin roof.

Please park outside.  If all the space is taken, come into the property but do not park on the left side of the property, where there are some very small trees.  You can park in front of medium sized trees (to the right) with logs in front or go all the way to the end where you will see a mound of earth.  The area behind the last small lemon tree on the left is also available for parking.
