[News Boquete] Notes and News from the Boquete Handicap Foundation

Notes and News from the Boquete Handicap Foundation
(Fundacion Pro-Integracion or FPI).

1. Our big venta is coming up on Saturday March 21. We need your stuff. Whatever you're not using, please donate for the sale. You can drop your donations off with Leslie at the BCP Tuesday Market book table or take them directly to our center across the street from Chopsticks Restaurant in Alto Boquete.

2. We have a lot of our donated stuff on display already. You can stop in and browse any weekday between 9 and 3 pm. Remember to check out "Tienda Loesje" in one of our side rooms. Lot of small appliance, other electronics, home decor items, etc.

3. We need a volunteer technician who can make minor repairs on some donated items. Like loose wires or inoperable switches. Also it would be good if this person can help us test out donated electronics before our March 21 sale.

4. Right now we have a surplus of laptop computers for sale. All have been tested and will be unconditionally guaranteed for 60 days. Here's the list:

5. Remember that we need your broken, old inoperable computers. We can fix them. We can sell them and use the proceeds for the many programs run by FPI.

Mike Petersen has a B.S. in mathematics and has loved science, especially cosmology and Quantum Mechanicsever since he can remember. He was a volunteer speaker at more than one planetarium covering topics like Relativity, the Big Bang and more.

Rife technology has been used very successfully for decades to cure cancer and kill deadly viruses and infectious bacteria with the use of inexpensive biofeedback scans and plasma treatments. The history and success of Rife technology will be explored in this presentation including 5 years of personal stories by Dr. Bill McGraw who has used Rife to successfully treat a variety of chronic health problems such as skin cancer, Parkinson's disease, insomnia, anxiety, viral and bacterial infections, intestinal parasites and chronic lung inflammation such as that found in bronchiectasis and pleurisy. The ages of patients that received Rife treatments during that time range from four days to 94 years. Healing modalities of Rife technology were also applied long distances through the use of quantum entanglement.  Come and find out what Rife technology is and what can do for you.

[News Boquete] Let's Get a little Crazy!!

This week we got a little crazy in the kitchen.  Chandler and I sat down this week and took a look at all the requests we've been getting for various entrees.  We took the top 6 requests and started cooking.   Personally, I didn't think we could do it but I was wrong (thankfully) and this week we have some very exciting selections to choose from.

As a side not we will not be at the BCP this week as I have a meeting to attend Tuesday Morning.  This means that it's a great week to take advantage of our delivery service or out "pick up" service form our location.  If you choose to pick up from our location, we offer a 10% discount to your entire order.

So, what's on the menu this week.  Well for starters we have made a fresh batch of Spicy Mexican Chicken Quesadillas.  We have also made a some Mexican B3eef Enchiladas (Gluten Free).  These enchiladas are packed full of flavor with our house crafted red sauce that is simply out of control.  They are medium spicy and will feed 1-2 adults.

Next on the menu we have added our spinach and artichoke dip.  We just couldn't believe how many requests we've been getting for the awesome dip.  This is quite possibly one of the most versatile dishes that we make as it can be eaten by itself as a snack or party food.  It can be added with broccoli and cauliflower for an amazing side dish, you can stuff chicken breasts with it or even add it to a baked potato.  I personally like to stuff it inside raviolis.

Speaking of raviolis this week we will also have our Cheese ravioli covered in a sage and pumpkin sauce (with toasted almonds on the side).  This dish makes for a perfect dinner that's quick, easy, and incredibly delicious.

As if that wasn't enough, we have also made authentic New England Clam Chowder (with a side of oyster crackers).  This is one of my personal favorites and to have it as a freezer meal makes me very happy.  Celery, bacon, potatoes, fresh clams, and a touch of thyme come together to make this classic New England comfort food come to life.  Unlike Manhattan Clam Chowder this dish is cream based and will feed 2 adults.

Finally, we have our Texas style Chicken Fried Steak with country gravy.  Another personal favorite of mine.  This dish comes with tender beef that's been battered and fried in a seasoned flour mix.  On the side we've added a nice helping of some country gravy.  YUMMY

Be on the look out as out Meatloaf, Sausages, and many others are going to be back on the menu.  Our menu this week offers the most variety we have ever offered.  I think we have a little something for everyone.  Keto, Gluten Free, Vegan, Pork, Thai, Chicken, Beef, Mexican, Chinese, and the list goes on and on.

If you are new in town or you would like to get added to our weekly mailing list be sure to click this link.Click here to get on my mailing list!!

Check out our menu by clicking this link below and if you have any questions don't hesitate to send me a phone call or email.

To place an order simply complete the online ordering process and make sure you submit the order when complete. (this is the step most commonly missed)  You will get an order number immediately after completing your order.  I make all deliveries on Monday between 9am and 3pm and if you are picking up at our location please come by Monday between 11am and 2pm.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon
Eric, Cecelia, Chandler, Keira, Aidan
