CranioSacral and Somatic Movement Therapy both promote and address the importance of the Central Nervous System upon our health and well-being. They help us see into ourselves to understand the effect of our lifestyle and thoughts on the body and in our personal lives. Through the deep reflection offered by both we have the opportunity to ask if we are creating stressful or healing hormones with how we're perceiving ourselves and others. Too, we  can reflect and ask if we are doing what we can to take greater responsibility for our healing and well-being. Both support us toward moving forward through naturally creating a balanced and strong meditative state, and serve to bring us more fully into ourselves.

To begin, I recognize this imbalance is not new & has developed over the course of my life. A Message from Our President   Dear Friend of Boquete Health & Hospice,  I hope this letter finds you well. As you know, it is the steadfast support and commitment of our volunteers and donors over the past 17 years that has allowed Boquete Health & Hospice to make a profound difference to scores of individuals in our community. We have brought comfort and dignity to people facing many different health challenges, including patients with life-limiting illnesses. We are truly grateful for your ongoing dedication and generosity.  On this Giving Tuesday, the International Day of Giving, I urge you to consider making a gift to Boquete Health & Hospice. Your donation will help us continue to provide essential services and programs to the community. We remain dedicated to our mission of providing exceptional end-of-life care, including multifaceted support to patients and their families, and educating the wider community about health-related matters. We are also always working to expand our services and reach. For this we require the financial backing of compassionate and regular donors.  BHH is supported entirely by donations from members of the community we serve. We answered**   Dear Animal Lovers and Supporters,   As the holiday season approaches, we invite you to be part of a remarkable initiative that will transform lives and create a lasting impact. **Giving Tuesday**, celebrated on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving, is a day when compassion and generosity take center stage. This year, we are rallying support for an **Education Outreach Sterilization Clinic** at the heartwarming **Volcancito School** in **Boquete, Panama**.  Our goal is to raise $5,000.   ♥♥ The Little School That Could ♥♥   Volcancito School, nestled amidst lush greenery and vibrant smiles, embodies resilience and community spirit. Despite its modest size, this little school has a big heart. When we shared our vision of bringing animal sterilization clinics to local schools, Volcancito School didn't hesitate—it said, "We can do this!" And do it they did.   ♥♥ The Challenge ♥♥   In a region where transportation barriers often prevent families from accessing veterinary services, Volcancito School became a beacon of hope.
