All of our dinners are for 2 adults and the all come packed and frozen. All you have to do is reheat and enjoy. No mess and no fuss!! We know that your time is very valuable and so we aim to offer the most options to make our service a go to business for you and your family. We are a small family operated "Take Out Eatery". We have opened our location in Alto Lino and it's available for takeout dinners 6 days a week. Our most popular pick up date is Monday (because that's when the menu is fully available). Our new website has our menu posted weekly as well as other information. We have been in the country for 6 years and through all of it we have attained all of our permanent visa cards, work and health permits as well as drivers license. We know where to buy just about anything that you might be looking for and also alternative ways to receiving shipments from the US.. We know how CRAZy Panama can seem in the beginning. Sometimes a nice conversation with another expat can help you catch a breath!! This week we have all sorts of goodies. If you see anything that you like please reply to this email and let me know. I will have it for you. We have 3 delivery options. 1. Tuesday at the BCP (Between 9am and 12 noon) 2. Pick up from our location in Alto Lino 3. Deliver to your doorstep (depending on where you live) on Monday afternoon. On a different note we are starting a "Taste of Boquete Club". This group will meet once a week starting in January and each week we will visit a different restaurant in town. There are 73 places to eat in Boquete and our goal is to eat at every one. If you want home delivery this week you must let me know in your preorder. Send me your phone number, and give me directions to your house. If I delivered to your place last week there is no need for additional directions.. On Monday afternoon (between 2 and 5) I will be making deliveries. Delivery costs $3.00 per order (Orders over $35 dollars qualify for free delivery). If you are picking up your order instead of calling me to let me know that you are coming, please call or whatsapp Chandler. His number is 6644-1934. I am generally out making deliveries and this is a more streamlined way of having your order ready when you come.

Raspberry $3.00: This popular flavor is back on the menu. A great Chap Stick that has bees wax, aloe butter, Shea butter, and raspberry oil. Great moisturizer for your lips that provides UV protection as well.

Gnocchi alla Bolognese $8.00: We were in such an Italian mood this weekend that we just had to make Gnocchi alla Bolognese. This Italian classic originated in Bologna, Italy, and the variations over the years have been incredible. This week we will use our very own minced sweet Italian Sausage and fresh ground eye of round (very lean) that we ground up just for this dish, a hint of wine, different sautéed vegetables, a good pinch of fennel as well as some amazing aromatics and a touch of crème to finish it off. Tossed with Gnocchi di Patate (Potato Gnocchi) and sprinkled with a bit of parmesan cheese and parsley. This is how the Italians do meat and Potatoes!! FYI This is a dish that is heavier on the Bolognese than the Gnocchi. We like meat so we wanted to have plenty in this dish. Best with a warm piece of fresh bread.. Feeds 2 Adults!! Amazing... The meat sauce is gluten free but the potato gnocchi isn't. (can be easily taken out)
(GF)Chinese Chicken Fried Rice $8.00: Are you in the mood for a classic Chinese dish? We have the one for you. Tender carrots and peas tossed with a soy and chicken infused rice with slivered green onions and eggs. This entrée/side is perfect for a quick meal. Packed with flavor you will be transported back to the days of carry out containers and chopsticks.. Feeds 2 Adults
Eric's Meatloaf $8.00: Delicious beef and pork mixed with an assortment of sautéed vegetables, combined and tossed with an original meatloaf sauce… Full of BOLD flavors. Served with a side of Home Fries. Moist and delicious. You will enjoy this tweaked version. We used leaner pork to make for a healthier dinner, more sauce, and over a pound of food per dish. Feeds 2.
Italian Lasagna with fresh French Bread $10.00: Now with more of everything!!! More meat, more cheese, and more flavor... A great combination of sweet Italian pork sausage and ground beef this lasagna uses nothing but the freshest ingredients. Ricotta, parsley, our very own house crafted lasagna sauce that is simply loaded with fresh veggies and bursting with flavor. Comes with a pre-kneaded dough (bread stick) that bakes while the lasagna bakes to deliver a fresh piece of French bread with your meal. Feeds 2
(V) Deluxe Creamy Mac & Cheese $7.00: Who doesn't just love Mac and Cheese? This version is ultra creamy and super cheesy! We utilize many different types of cheeses to make this amazing comfort food. Cheddar, Mozzarella, Cremoso, and Parmesan just to name a few all come together for a rich and creamy experience that's topped with a butter breadcrumb Parmesan topping. Great as a side or as a stand-alone meal. Bake and enjoy. Feeds 2
(GF) Chicken Tikka Masala (spicy) $9.00: In the mood for some Indian food? I was able to get my hands on some premium heavy cream and I just had to make this classic Indian dish that is loaded with exotic flavors! First we marinate white chicken breast in a buttermilk spice sauce. After a day or so we then slow cook them in olive oil and toss the chicken pieces in a cream tomato sauce that has wonderful herbs, exotic Indian seasonings, and fresh peppers.. Recommended to serve with Jasmine rice or noodles. Let me know if you need any Jasmine rice (Cooked $1.00 per bag) This dish has a Spicy bite to it. **Extra Virgin Olive Oil is used in this dish. (Now with 50% more chicken)
Chicken Fried Steak with Country Gravy $8.00 : This southern dish has finally made it back on the "Two Guys" menu. This week we have tweaked the plating so that it can be an even more enjoyable dish. We are omitting the mashed potatoes and simply serving the country fried steak by itself. We are also including the gravy but it will be in a bag on the side. The idea is that you get a properly heated steak that is crispy and a gravy that can be heated and poured over the top. I think that you will love the new plating as this reheat will not be soggy. Although the flavors will still be the same!!! Amazing.. This is served with 2 large pieces of steak that's been battered and pan fried. Feeds 2 adults
Smoked Ham and Potato Casserole $8.00: This Comfort food is simple and delicious. We had some request to make it so here we are.. Made with Extra Virgin Olive oil and pure New Zealand Butter. Now with more of everything!! Cheese, Smoked Ham, potatoes, carrots and peas. Blanched, boiled, roasted, and creamed this simple dish uses many different styles of cooking and the end result is always the same. Delicious. A Cheesy and wonderful combination Feeds 1- 2 Adults
Broccoli & Chicken Casserole (AKA Chicken Divan) $8.00: A crowd pleaser. This wonderful casserole is full of flavor. Chicken cubes and blanched broccoli make up this dish as it is layered with cheddar cheese and a butter and parmesan cheese bread crumb topping, and a delicious gravy that is made up of white wine, sour cream, and mushroom soup with a touch of curry powder. The crispness of the broccoli and the tender chicken along with this dishes classic flavor makes this casserole a winner every time. Feeds 1 - 2 Adults
Overstuffed Mexican Chicken Burritos $7.00: This Burrito is truly a gourmet burrito. We start with a delicately prepared bed of Mexican Rice and homemade refried beans. We then add sautéed bell peppers and onions that have been slightly seasoned and softened. Tomato salsa comes next. Finally we lay to rest our grilled fajita cooked chicken breast that has been covered in our special Mexican cheese blend. We are now officially OVERSTUFFED!!! But Wait! There's more.. We add olives, fresh cilantro, jalapenos, and more cheese.. This is 1 BIG Burrito!!. Feeds 2.
(GF) Mexican Beef Enchiladas $8.00: A Winner every time this entrée is a plate full of wrapped corn tortillas filled with delicious Mexican style ground beef that has fresh herbs, jalapenos, tomatoes, onions and small potatoes cooked in it. Mixed with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and topped with our very own signature New Mexico Hatch Chili Red Sauce. Medium spicy. Feeds 1-2 Adults
(GF)Beef Stroganoff $10.00: A classic comfort food. This dish is rich and creamy. Tender beef in a stroganoff cream sauce and loaded with fresh button mushrooms and slivered onions.. This dish has it's authentic flavor because of how we prepare the beef stock and slow cook the meat. You will love freshness of this dish. Feeds 2. (Egg noodles included.)
Ricotta Cheese Ravioli with a Pumpkin and Sage Cream Sauce $8.00: This is such a great dish that I haven't made in quite some time so we decided to bring it back. The combination of Tasty Ricotta Cheese filled ravioli mixed with a combination of herbs and spices and tossed with a creamy pumpkin sauce is divine.. Toasted Almonds adds the final touch to this wonderful dish. We have elevated the sauce with the addition of Parmesan cheese and WOW. Very yummy. Feeds 1-2 Adults
Chicken Basque $8.00: This Spanish chicken dish has been slow cooked in a tomato base with nice chunks of smoked ham and seasoned with paprika and a dash of chili. Fresh Herbs are added to bring this dinner together. Tender thigh meat is used because of it's incredible flavor and its ability to reheat perfectly and stay moist. This dish is best over cooked rice and feeds 2 adults. (Rice not included)

(GF)(V) Home Fries $5.00: This side dish comes with great request. Oven roasted potato wedges that have been basted in olive oil and seasonings are topped with sautéed onions and bell peppers.
(Vegetarian, GF) Cajun Potato Salad $6.00: This delicious salad is a combination of mayo, mustard, pickles, red onions, celery, potatoes and fresh herbs and seasonings. Enjoy cold by itself or place a scoop of it right in the middle of your bowl of hot Gumbo for a Crazy Cajun experience. Feeds 1- 2
Buttermilk $4.00/quart: This product is made fresh each week and is simply amazing for your baking recipes. Special Cultures are added to the milk after some very specific heating requirements are met and the milk is then placed in a temperature controlled environment for 24 hours. Similar to how people make yogurt. You will love it. Limited quantities are available.
Cooked Rice $1.00: Simple and delicious this Jasmine rice is ready for you to "Heat and Serve". Goes great with Chicken Basque.
Salad
(GF) Cobb Salad $7: In the mood for a crisp and refreshing salad to start the week? This salad just takes the cake. Chicken, tomatoes, bacon, Bleu Cheese, eggs, onions. A mix of 4 varieties of hydroponically grown lettuce and a house crafted original cob salad dressing… This is a fresh salad and will be good for a couple days in the refrigerator.

Banana Walnut Bread $5.00: A great market Classic. Sells out every time. Moist and delicious full of perfectly ripe bananas and topped with walnuts. Freezes great.
Ready Bake Crescent Rolls $5.00/ bag of 5: This product is superb!! Each order comes with 5 crescent rolls that have been frozen solid. All you have to do is let them rise and bake them. These fresh Crescent rolls are big enough for a sandwich!! Ultra flakey and really tasty. (Limited Quantity Available)
