I offer Yoga in the Park for our guests every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 8:30am - 9:30am *Pre-registration Required
It's a slow yoga flow overlooking Volcan Baru (see photo) at Oriana park located in Alto Boquete. *Weather permitting.
I want to invite anyone to attend, but please Register via Email or WhatsApp at least 12 hours prior to the class as *I only teach/show up if I have guests and/or RSVPs*.
