His chain got caught in a barbed wire fence and Juan Rodriguez (also known by expats as JR because he speaks English) found him after he'd been there for a time. He's very docile and obviously misses his people. He is being kept inside and fed and watered at the Sta. Lucia neighborhood (just off Volcancito Road). If he's your "dear one," please call Juan at 6616-1664 (English and Spanish).
