Honest, reliable, capable, comes on time, does what he says, cleans up when he finishes.
Have you needed a smart, reliable handyman who can do everything well? I saw an ad on Boquete News about Jose Vejarano and I thought I'd give him a try. I have been fighting a roof leak for 8 years and paid at least 4 people to repair it.
Jose came out, assessed the problem ( a very complex set of multilevel roofs with complex drainage ). It took several days because he wanted to solve the problem for all time. His rates are very reasonable and the quality of his work is superb. He's not just a roofer, but can tackle any repair around the house.
Contact him by Whatsapp at 6641-9571.
5 STARS!!! Doug Johnson/ Palo Alto.
Hey everyone. If anyone is looking for someone to repair a roof, or a general handyman, I highly recommend Jose Vejarano. Jose is punctual, highly skilled, safety conscious, and cleans up afterwards. I believe he can do most jobs except electrical.
I had water leaking inside my house and Jose found the hole causing the leak, but also found other problems with my old roof. He also cleaned out my gutters which were a mess, and made some repairs to the drains around the carport.
The organizing committee has high expectations for this year's event and anticipates an attendance of around 200,000 people. Visitors will be able to enjoy 37 themed gardens with photo opportunities, as well as 14 new flower species, including chabelitas and begonias.
With the inauguration of the 53rd edition of the Boquete Flower and Coffee Fair in the province of ChiriquÃ, the season of fair events in Panama begins. During the inauguration of the event, the Minister of Agricultural Development (MIDA) Roberto Linares highlighted that "it is here where the effort of an entire province that makes the wheel of the economy turn is reflected." Linares added that for the producer, the fair is a space to proudly display what comes from their work, while for entrepreneurs and artisans it is a first space to grow. The organizing committee has high expectations for this edition and anticipates the arrival of around 200,000 people.
This estimate is due to the surprises prepared for the public, especially the artistic performances on stage, with national artists that will extend throughout the week. Furthermore, for this 53rd edition, the fair presents various innovations, especially in garden design. The president of the board, Tomás Ruiz, indicated that visitors will be able to enjoy 37 themed gardens with photo stops, as well as 14 new species of flowers, including chabelitas, begonias, petunias, celosias, geraniums and novios. Ruiz highlighted that this event generates an estimated economic impact of $20 million for the national economy, in addition to the creation of some 200 direct jobs. In addition, approximately 2,000 more jobs are generated by participating artisans and companies

Nestled in the scenic highlands of Panama, the annual Boquete Flower and Coffee Fair is a vibrant celebration of nature, culture, and community that brings thousands of visitors to the region every year. This beloved event has a rich history—it began as the Coffee Festival in 1950 and was initially held intermittently. In 1973, it evolved into the Boquete Flower and Coffee Fair, gaining a stronger focus on the region's lush gardens and world-class coffee.
In the early 1990s, the festival's schedule was shifted to January to take advantage of Panama's dry season, moving from its previous timing in April. Today, the fair stands as one of the country's most anticipated cultural events, offering breathtaking floral displays, captivating dance and artist presentations, a wide variety of delicious food, an artisan market, a party and dancing area, and an amusement park that delights visitors of all ages. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a coffee lover, or simply looking for a unique cultural experience, the 2025 Boquete Flower and Coffee Fair promises something special for everyone.
