5:30pm Thursday January 29 - The first "Final Thursdays Dance Party with DJ MIKE" of 2026 - It's 70s Night! Free admission! There will be 50/50 and prize raffles; all proceeds support Kirsten Cares For Cats, a small group of volunteers that cares for cats here in Boquete and the surrounding areas.
Kirsten Cares For Cats provides cat food, more than 40 bags every month for the feeding stations. We supply special urinary care food and supplements for seven cats. We foster cats and provide sterilization. Most importantly we pay for veterinary care for street cats or people who can't afford the expense of medical care for their cats. When cats need protection or shelter we also build structures for that purpose. Pretty much anything to do with cats, we help. Kirsten has lived in Boquete for ten years and her passion is caring for cats. All donations go to the cats; receipts can be provided.
