[News Boquete] La casita de Ale

Hi everyone


Thanks for all the feedback in my last email! 



La Casita de Ale kitchen is OPEN!


Also, our bakery is expanding. We got new sandwiches that will be serving from 8:00am to 6:00pm and working on new desserts!


Our kitchen menu changed a little and we are having weekend specials from our old Menu. That kitchen is open from 8:00am to 4:00pm.


We are located in Bajo boquete, entering Mikes grill to the left, next to rosita calavera, just right before the new bridge.

Weekend Specials


Friday

 

This is our beloved beef stew, super soft, rich flavor and our fan favorite cabbage salad.


Meat Bowl
Four-hour slow-cooked beef stew with caramelized onions, jasmine rice, and my Grandma Ima's sweet and sour cabbage salad. $17

Saturday

Light and fresh avocado toast. Amazing healthy and vegan option


Avocado Toast
Creamy seasonal avocado topped with a fresh cherry tomato salad on a slice of sourdough bread. $7 

Sunday

I made this recipe for my Mom (Debbie). She is a very picky eater haha, and I made this light vegan tomato soup for her. She wanted a mozzarella grilled cheese to pair it with, and I decided to make a basil oil (that takes so long to make but is so worth it!) To season the soup. 


Debbie's Grilled cheese 

My Mom's grilled cheese with mozzarella cheese, served with a light tomato sour topped with homemade basil oil. $9


Avocado Toast
