YiA International School of Personal Transformation & Yoga (www.go2yia.yoga) offers life-changing trainings, workshops, and both group and private retreats around the world. YiA is Boquete's only Yoga Alliance® Registered Yoga School and YACEP® Continuing Education Provider offering both beginner and master level yoga teacher trainings.
Our trainings and retreats are designed to be suitable for adults of all ages, religious and spiritual backgrounds. Together, we will practice the power of love and gratitude, which crosses all cultures, beliefs, and philosophies. Come exactly as you are in mind, body and spirit. No preparations are needed to attend other than a desire to align and live a life abundant with joy, health, love, clarity, pleasure and purpose. During our trainings and retreats we do engage in physical activities, but can accommodate the practices to all body designs, strengths and limitations.

Our private retreats start with a FREE CONSULTATION to determine the best recipe for your soul adventure. We will also send you our selected personality tests to further empower the practice of Svadhyaya (self-study) to better understand your inner programming and wirings.
