Two Guys and a Cooler is a family run food business that's been serving the highlands for over 10 years. We specialize in freezer friendly meals that are diversified, affordable, and most of all delicious. Our meals come packed in freezer friendly containers that are ready to simply heat and eat. No mess and no fuss. Each meal can generally feed 2 adults and range from $7 to $10
Let me explain how we operate. Each week we update the menu on our website. Our menu changes from week to week so you don't ever have to worry about getting bored with our ever-changing selections. We have 2 ways that you can get your food. The first way is our convenient pick-up option. We have pick-ups (at our location in Alto Lino) on Mondays between 11am and 2pm. We offer this window because the rest of the week we are busy cooking the following week's menu😉.
Our next option is delivery. If you would rather have your food delivered, simply denote that on the order form (from my website) and I will happily bring your food out to you. I do all deliveries between 9am and 5pm on Mondays. Here's when I'm generally in the following areas (rough estimate):
Bajo Boquete 9am -12pm
Volcancito 12pm – 1pm
Alto Boquete 1pm – 3pm
Boquete Canyon Village/Los Molinos/Dolega 3pm – 5pm
If you do not plan on being home on Monday and you still want delivery you could always place an ice chest outside your front door with the total amount due in an envelope. I will leave your food in your cooler for you.
This week we have lots of incredible options to choose from. For starters we have our delicious Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwiches back on the menu. These freezer friendly sandwiches are a perfect lunch or dinner on the go. Each pack comes with a quarter pound of tender Italian beef thinly slices in au jus, pickled vegetables (giardiniera), and a hoagie bun. It's the complete package!!
We have also made Cecelia's thin crust pepperoni pizza. This is one of our favorites and a real treat to have on the menu. This is delivered frozen and you get to bake it for the first time. The end result is a crispy thin crust coated in a pizza sauce topped with mozzarella. It's cheesy and loaded with tasty pepperonis.
We also have available this week, New Orleans Red Beans and andouille sausage, Salisbury Steak, Baked Spaghetti, Rotisserie chicken & white bean chili, Loaded baked potatoes, Beef and Broccoli with mushroom casserole, and LOTS more!!

DELIVERY & PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
All deliveries will be made on Monday's between 9am and 5pm. If you plan on picking up your order, please come between 11am and 2pm on Monday (bring an umbrella). Park outside the gate and walk to the courtyard. In the event that there's an issue or you would like to let Chandler know that you have arrived to pick up your order his phone number is 6644-1934. If you are sick or have flu like symptoms please stay home and select delivery.
