Can you believe it, 2 Guys & A Cooler is turning another year older as we are celebrating 14 years of serving the Chiriqui Highlands our prepared meals!! To celebrate our anniversary, we will be doing something completely different. Each week (for the next 4 weeks) I will be picking a local charity and 10% of every order that is placed will be donated to that charity. That's right—every order, big or small, helps make a difference. You get to enjoy a delicious meal while supporting a great cause. It's a win-win!
Help us spread the word! Share this message with your friends, neighbors, and community groups to spread the word of this month-long community driven event. This week's charity is Boquete Hospice & Health and I understand that the BHH President Kat McKay loves our Salisbury Steak. So, to kick off the first week of our month-long anniversary celebration we will be featuring our classic Salisbury Steak Dinner!!
Our Salisbury Steak dinner hits the spot! This dish is simple and delicious. 100% grass fed ground beef mixed with a unique blend of herbs and spices. We then sear each steak and braise them in a delicious savory mushroom and onion brown gravy. Each order comes with 2 large meaty steaks and a generous serving of brown mushroom gravy. Serve this by itself or alongside of some rice or mashed potatoes for a complete meal. Rice or mashed potatoes not included.
We also wanted to make a few other dishes that have been heavily requested recently so this week we have our Old Fashion Cabbage Rolls back on the menu as well as our Steak and Loaded Potato Cream Chowder.
Each pack of our Cabbage Rolls weigh roughly 28oz (1.75 pounds) and contains 4 rolls, sauce, and a little extra lightly seasoned cabbage. Our rolls are made with a mixture of beef, pork, rice, onions, tomato sauce, and a touch of seasonings. The end result is a cabbage roll that is tender, juicy, and extremely flavorful. If you enjoy a good cabbage roll then you're in for a treat.
Have you tried our Steak and Loaded Potato Cream Chowder yet? This chowder is packed with amazing ingredients that bring a loaded baked potato flavor to every bite. How do we make that happen? Lots of bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, butter, chives, potatoes, and steak!! This dish is slow cooked to ensure the meat is ridiculously tender and to get that chowder consistency. BTW, for those of you who have been asking, we've also hacked the "frozen potato texture" dilemma that tends to happen with potato-based freezer meals. This dish can EASILY feed 2-3 adults (probably 4 if you share nicely). The overall dish weighs over 2.25 pounds.
Speaking of steak, there's been lots of buzz surrounding the recent steak additions to our menu. We are very excited to say that we have finally found the perfect cut of meat to use in our beef dishes and it will blow your mind! Local 100% grass fed beef that is fork tender and very flavorful. I know it sounds too good to be true but it's the real deal!! So much so that we've been getting requests to just sell the cooked beef by itself so others can add it to their dishes at home (which is something we are considering).
Next week we are hoping to bring back Country Fried Steak (Chicken Fried Steak) and country gravy as we continue our month-long celebration!!
Remember, this week we are donating a portion of each sale to Boquete Hospice and Health. If you would like to make any additional contributions to this wonderful charity just let me know by replying to this email or contacting me by WhatsApp 6866-0072

At Boquete Hospice and Health, our mission stands on three strong pillars that guide everything we do:
1. Community Information Resource
We provide up-to-date, trusted information to help our community navigate health and wellness needs. This includes lists of local doctors, ambulance services, pharmacies, in-home care providers, and more. Whether you're facing a health crisis or planning ahead, having the right contacts makes a big difference.
2. Medical Equipment Lending
Our short-term medical equipment loan program helps those recovering from illness, injury, or managing end-of-life care. From hospital beds to walkers, we lend equipment for up to three months—free of charge—thanks to the generous support of our donors.
3. Community Health Support
In partnership with Boquetanas Luz de Esperanza, a local cancer foundation, we provide emotional and practical support to clients and their families. These visits offer comfort, connection, and compassionate care where it's needed most.
As we grow, so does our commitment to working closely with our Panamanian neighbors. We are evolving into a more inclusive, bilingual support system that reflects the diverse needs of our entire community.
We can't do this without you. As a 100% donation-funded organization, we rely on the kindness of our community to continue this vital work. We are always looking for volunteers—whether you can spare a few hours or have a special skill to share, we welcome you.
