Hello friends,
We want to share some amazing news. We were selected as one of three restaurants to host a private dinner for the Best of Panama 2017, an event that promotes Panamanian high quality coffees all over the world. The dinner was held this past Thursday, May 25th and we had the awesome opportunity and honor of cooking alongside Mario Castrellón, owner of "Maito" restaurant in Panama City, rated #36 in the San Pellegrino guide of Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants! This was an exceptional night and we want to share some pictures with you. We will be organising a dinner with Mario in the coming future so stay tuned!

Did you miss our special night at the Brewery? If you did, this week is your chance to try our delicious porchetta platter (Italian style pork belly roast). This is a special dish we will only have once in a while so if you love juicy, crunchy, tender pork, try it while it lasts.
In other news, we are now offering free corkage every Tuesday and Wednesday! Enjoy your meal with your favourite bottle of wine!
We will have Dr. Rhody playing the piano every Thursday, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Enjoy your drinks with free tapas prepared with love! Dr. Rhody's piano styles are relaxed and entertaining, the perfect mix for a special night out with music that allows you to talk to the rest of your party.
Lastly, we will have a new art exhibition by extraordinary watercolour artist Barbara Will-Wallace. The art opening will be held on Saturday, June 3rd from 4:00pm to 6:00pm and wine and hors d'oeuvres will be available. Enjoy a fun afternoon and find a new painting you love for yourself or someone special!
Remember, we are open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00PM to 9:30PM.
