[News Boquete] Mental Health 101: A free introductory talk, THURSDAY, JUNE 8th

Psycho-education is here at Fénix Cafe.  As part of our expanding Education Series, Blaise Dismer, M.S.W. will be sharing a "brass tacks" paradigm for a basic understanding of mental / emotional disorders and today's treatments.  Depression and anxiety are explained.  An overview of possible causes and treatments, including 'talk therapy', cognitive behavior therapy and medication intervention.  

Join us at Fénix Cafe, this Thursday at 11:00 am until approx. 12:30 pm...  as we continue to learn, share, grow and explore the world around us and within us.  This lecture is free to all, and all are invited to attend!
