Blue Sky Support Group: Blue Sky is a Ladies' support group which meets every Tuesday in Boquete at the Hotel Fundadores from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. We share our experiences and our hopes in order to solve our common problems. We welcome all ladies new comers to Boquete  and give support and comfort to all our members. Christmas Toys Needed at Habla Ya

PLEASE REMEMBER TO HELP US COLLECT TOYS FOR BOQUETE AND BOCAS KIDS, WE ONLY HAVE 30 TOYS AND WE HAVE 2 MORE WEEKS TO COLLECT 200!!!!

At HABLA YA Spanish School, we are collecting toys for Boquete and Bocas kids.

Our goal is to collect 200 toys in order to share them with kids from different organizations, in both Boquete and Bocas.

In Boquete we are going to give toys to Hogar Trisker, Escuela de Palmira, Escuela Josefa Montero de Vasquez and to any other organization that may need our help.

In Bocas we are going to donate these toys to kids from different School from different Islands.

We have a box in our office to collect these toys until December 16th. Please bring them unwrapped and think that there are kids from newborn up to 15 years old, boys and girls and each one of them dream about having a magic day.

All of us can contribute to give an special day to local kids!!!!!

Schedule yoga class with Emiko in December are:

New Massage Therapists at Curvas Bonita

GYMNASIUM CURVAS BONITA

NEW MASSAGE THERAPISTS

I now have 2 new massage therapists, one for massages and one for facials.  You can get a relaxing massage, deep tissue massage or a foot massage.  Come and try them out.  I just had the relaxing massage, and it was wonderful.  It would make a wonderful Christmas present. Massages are available whenever I don't have another class on my patio.  The facials will be available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2-5 p.m.  Please call for an appointment.

YOGA:  Emiko is back from Argentina, so she is doing yoga classes:  Wed. 9 a.m., & Friday 8:30 -10:00 a.m.

            I have another instructor who would like to do a class at the gym.  Let me know if you would like me to add another class.

ZUMBA:  Thursday and Saturday 9 a.m.    

GYM:  13 hydraulic machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, and more.  Do circuit training, which is cardio and weights in one workout; or just do the weight machines.  Do it with a friend, and socialize at the same time.  The machines are gentle on the body.  Not much chance of hurting yourself because you don't have to adjust the machines.  They work as hard as you work them. 

 

Hours of operation: Mon - Friday 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Saturday 8 - 2 p.m.  Evenings:  Mon - Thurs 7:30 - 9 p.m.  Come in the evening and practice your Spanish.
