Hello my friends! After two weeks in Argentina, I'am back! 

 

Schedule yoga class with Emiko in December are:

 

MONDAYS at 10 AM: VALLE ESCONDIDO- BOQUETE ( private lesson)

TUESDAYS at 10 AM: LOS MOLINOS- BOQUETE ( private lesson)

WEDNESDAY at 9 AM: CURVAS BONITA- BOQUETE.( group lesson)

THURSDAYS at 6 PM: BCP- BOQUETE( group lesson)

FRIDAYS at 8.30 AM: CURVAS BONITA- BOQUETE. ( group lesson)  

SUNDAYS at 10 AM: CASA CULTURAL LA GUARICHA- DAVID. ( group lesson) 

 

See you on the mats to practice yoga together! 

 

 

Just to remember: the next Christmas Yoga class inside the Women Prision, will be held on  December 20 th.

 

I invite you to gather: sanitary napkin or body lotion and some more yoga mats to take the next yoga class.

 

Personalizing them with a Christmas message in English or in Spanish.

 

If you want to help those women, WPC receiving boxes are available at:

Also, every Thursday from 6 to 7.30 pm, I will be giving a Yoga class at the BCP, where I can receive the things
