[News Boquete] THE Tuesday Market at TapOut will be on WEDNESDAY the 29th

Dear Community,

I hope this email finds you well.

I'm writing to inform you that next week the Tuesday market at TAPOUT will take place on Wednesday the 29th.

Tuesday the 28th is a national holiday and the mayor is trying to organize parades through town (like every year).

This means that we are not sure if traffic to reach us is even possible so we decided to better be sure and replace the Tuesday market on the 28th for Wednesday the 29th. Same place (TapOut), same time (9-12).

Please make a note in your calendar so you won't forget to come and support your local vendor. 

See you on Wednesday the 29th!

Hello, I am writing to let you know that Yoga Boquete is going back online!  :-)

Starting this Monday, November 27th, I will be offering LIVE Online Zoom GENTLE YOGA Classes 5-days a week! 

Monday / Wednesday / Friday at 8:00 AM

and Tuesday / Thursday at 2:00 PM

(Panama Time) 

'Virtual doors' open 10 minutes before class time.

Be sure to arrive with sufficient time to check-in, and to be involved in any pre-class requests for that day's practice.

Class begins promptly on time.

Once first payment is received, a ZOOM LINK will be provided.

WHAT IS GENTLE YOGA?

This online class encourages breath & body-awareness, as we blend traditional poses with conscious movement. Great for beginners, or those who prefer a more relaxed, mindful style. Options are given — and requests are encouraged for the desired focus of the day's practice!

Each class is tailored to the group's needs. This is done in the spirit of yoga as a healing practice, where asanas (poses) are given for various conditions (ie, back pain, tight shoulders, etc.) Yoga works in subtle and profound ways. The more you listen your body's needs… the more supportive and deep your practice will become. Results include increased strength, flexibility, balance, & enhanced overall well being.
