Santa Lucia residents, F.Y.I. The proposal to build a massive cellphone tower in the middle of Santa Lucia will happen this Sunday at 11:00 a.m. Come help stop this!!! It will affect not only your health, but your property values. Besides it being a disgusting eyesore.
