Slow roasted turkey breast with traditional homemade stuffing, homemade turkey gravy, whipped potatoes, green beans sautéed in brown butter and  candied oranges, with cranberry chutney 

 

Pechuga de pavo al horno rellena con el relleno tradicional, gravy de pavo de la casa,  papas majadas, judías verdes salteadas en mantequilla marrón, naranjas confitadas

 y chutney de arándano

Special Thanksgiving meal of Turporken:

Slow smoked pork leg stuffed with turkey and chicken served with a berry and sage giblet gravy, traditional homemade stuffing, whipped potatoes, green beans sautéed in brown butter and  candied oranges, with cranberry chutney

Pierna de cerdo lentamente ahumado relleno de pavo y pollo servido con una berry y salsa de salvia, relleno hecho en casa tradicional, papas majadas, judías verdes salteadas en mantequilla marrón, naranjas confitadas y chutney de arándano

 

Both meal choices come with the following dessert:

 

Pumpkin pie with cinnamon and mexican vanilla cream
