Ongoing Pilates Classes at the Haven- M-W-Th, 8:30 til 9:45 a.m., and Sat. 10:30 til 11:45 a.m.

$9 a class for residents, $10 each for tourists and guests. Plus- 2 class packages are available: 4 classes for $30, or unlimited for $72  [both to be taken in a month].

All props provided, including mats, light hand weights, different size balls and fitness rings.. No preregistration necessary. Just Come!
