[News Boquete] Important Notice re Today's Community Outreach

U.S. Consular staff have been delayed leaving Panama City because of a late flight. The latest is that probably they will be board in a few minutes, shortly before 10:00 a.m.. That will put them in Boquete no earlier than 12:00 in my estimation. However, they will stay as long as need to accommodate all appointments.

Because of the delay, the outreach has been moved from the library to BCP.

Passport expiring soon? Did you know it is faster to renew your U.S. Adult Passport by mail?    

If you are over 16 years old and you need to renew your U.S. passport you can save time by taking advantage of our Adult Passport Renewal by Mail service.  

 

You may renew your passport by mail if you meet ALL of the following requirements:

 

Your most recent U.S Passport:

·         Is undamaged and can be submitted with your application;

·         Was issued within the last 15 years;

·         Was issued with 10 year validity; and

·         Was issued in your current name or you have changed your name since your passport was issued and can submit legal documentation (e.g. marriage certificate, Change of Name Deed) to prove this change.
