[News Boquete] New Moratorium on property tax! (Nueva moratoria de Impuestos).

Law 79 of 2019.

The government of Panama has granted a moratorium period for the payment of real estate taxes. 

As per this Law, until June 30 of 2019 the tax payers will have you have the opportunity to pay the property taxes without interest, neither surcharges, fines.

The law also establish a period to pay without the interest, charges, or fines sums corresponding to Social security  fees. 

Remember: This moratorium will be valid until June 30 of 2019. Do not miss the opportunity to review the tax status of your properties.

Ley 79 de 2019.

El gobierno de Panamá ha otorgado un período de moratoria para el pago de impuestos sobre bienes inmuebles.

Conforme a esta Ley, hasta el 30 de Junio de 2019 usted tendrá la oportunidad de pagar los impuestos de inmueble sin intereses, ni recargos.

La ley también establece un período para pagar cuotas de seguro social sin intereses. 

Recuerde: esta moratoria será válida hasta el 30 de Junio de 2019. Aproveche la oportunidad para revisar el estado de los impuestos de su propiedad.
