[News Boquete] RAIN OR SHINE, ELECTRICITY OR NO ELECTRICITY, THE SOUP FEST WILL GO ON

A long and widespread electricity outage was scheduled for today, Thursday, 5 September, but it was canceled because of the very heavy rains on Wednesday evening. 

There is a strong possibility that the electrical outage will now occur on Friday and thus conflict with the Great Boquete Soup Fest, which will be at the Boulder 54 Restaurant on tomorrow, Friday, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

DO NOT DESPAIR!  You can still attend the Soup Fest, still park in the BCP parking lot and still pass through the gate to the restaurant.  If necessary, there will be alternative arrangements for keeping the 22 or more soups hot for you.  The bread, butter and cookies will not be affected!

Please be there and help the Knitters & Quilters with their mission of providing cuddly warm things for some of Boquete's smallest and neediest little people.
