1 - Hospital Mae Lewis Discounts

To receive your Hospital Mae Lewis benefits, your member card needs to be printed out EVERY YEAR after renewing your membership because it shows that you are active and eligible for the discount. In addition, remember that your family members need to be listed on the card to show that they are also eligible for discounts. 

You can find your membership cards on your profile page. You are responsible for printing them out.

Then, when you arrive at Hospital Mae Lewis, be sure to show your RodnyDirect membership card BEFORE you begin your treatment. If you wait till after the bill is prepared, they will have to go back and redo your bill entirely, costing you and them much time and aggravation. So show your card when you check in to Mae Lewis.

Once again, remember to print your membership cards so you will have them with you when you need them. 

2 - Update your personal profile

It's amazing how many things can change in a year. You might not even notice or think about them as they happen, much less about updating your member profile. However, it would be very critical in an emergency.

Please take the time to log into your RodnyDirect personal profile and update it at least once a year. Just click here, RodnyDirect.com. If you don't remember your password, just click on "forgot password" and the system will email you a reset link to create a new one.
