Sinaproc Issues Warning re Heavy Rains Due to Tropical Storm #46
and More About Eta's Devastation in Chiriqui


The National Civil Protection System (Sinaproc) has issued a warning about the possibility of heavy rains in certain regions of Panama starting either late Friday (November 13th) or this coming weekend. The rains are expected to last several days and principally affect the eastern half of Panama. For more details please visit the following link on the Chiriqui.Life (CL) website (scroll down to see the translations).

Going further, we have previously published links to reports and images associated with the substantial devastation resulting from Hurricane Eta, which targeted Nicaragua but inflicted heavy damage in the Chiriqui highlands -- Cerro Punta, Tierras Altas, etc. Please visit the same topic on CL for the new reports and images.
