We hope you are all having a wonderful weekend and we are very excited about some future plans that we have coming soon.  More on that in a minute!! 

 

This week our team has been very busy preparing a truly ethnically diverse menu that is constantly expanding.  If you are not familiar with our service, let me introduce myself.  My name is Eric and we are a family run food business that specializes in high quality freezer meals.  We are very proud to say that we've been serving the highlands of Panama for 10 years now with our yummy freezer meals.  We utilize many different ingredients and styles of cooking to bring to life your favorite foods from all over the world in a convenient package that can easily be stored in your freezer for many months (some up to a year).  All you have to do is heat and eat!!  Our dishes are delicious, convenient, and best of all affordable.  Each one of our meals can feed 2 moderately hungry adults (or 1 teen😁) and our prices average about $4.00 per person.     

 

We know that cooking can sometimes be a bit laborious.  We know that it's not always easy to get the ingredients you want.   We also know that every once in a while, (even the seasoned cook) wants a break from the kitchen.  This is where we come in.  Let us do the cooking for you.  Our easy to navigate online menu allows you to see everything that we have to offer real time.  We have entrees, sides, desserts, breads, sausages, cheese, dry cured meat products (like salami, culatello, prosciutto, etc.), high quality soaps, all hand crafted by our team.

Chinese:  Sweet Sticky Spicy Chicken and Chicken Chow Mein, Cashew Chicken

Thai: Coconut Chicken Curry, Chicken Pad Thai, Shrimp Pad Thai

Mexican: Authentic Chicken Mole

Indian: Chicken Tikka Masala

American:  Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Creamy Chicken Pasta Casserole, Broccoli & Chicken Divan, Deluxe & Creamy Mac and Cheese, Kicked up Meatloaf, Black Bean Soup

Panamanian:  Smoked Ham & Cheese Empanada, Ground Beef & Cheese Empanada

Italian:  3 Cheese Pumpkin & Sage Ravioli, Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza

 

We also have kefir milk, banana breads, brownies, andouille sausage, a full line of double butter soaps, sourdough starters, and we are the only place in all of Panama to get deliciously cultured buttermilk. 

 

We have lots of entrees on the horizon like Chicken Cordon Bleu, Italian Chicken Parmesan, Baked Ziti, Saag Paneer, Mexican Tortilla Soup,  Greek Moussaka, and yes we are bringing back our Crispy Baklava!!

 

As mentioned in the subject line, we are on the heels of something different and I would like to poll the community.  We have been making several improvements to our pick-up location to better facilitate some of the ideas we have for the very near future, and we are considering doing a small menu of fresh food for pick up only.  We are exploring lots of options.  Perhaps a day where we make traditional Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches with delicious tender beef coated in provolone cheese and sauteed onion and bell peppers or Chicago's very own flavorful Italian Beef Sandwich topped with pickled giardiniera inside a homemade tender hoagie loaf (all for pick up).  Some of you, that have had the opportunity to taste some of our gourmet hamburgers have been asking for us to do a burger event and as you know I'm slightly OCD when it comes to hamburgers so our burgers are a real experience.  We bake our own buns and grind our own meat so the end result is a fresh, delicious, juicy burger that has all of those beefy flavors you've been craving!!  I also like the idea of having a delicious BBQ platter available (smoked brisket, BBQ Chicken, Texas Hot Links, with a side of cole slaw and potato salad).  What do you think?

To place an order simply complete the online ordering process and make sure you submit the order when complete. (this is the step most commonly missed)  You will get an order number immediately after completing your order.  I make all deliveries on Monday between 9am and 5pm and if you are picking up at our location, please come on Monday between 11am and 2pm.
