The imminent opening of The Farmacia, in alto Boquete, is
upon us and we reflect on why we began this adventure.
We know that many needed pharmaceutical products are
frequently unavailable in Boquete. Too often, pharmacies
do not have on hand the medications we need. Too often,
we must go to David to get our important prescriptions
filled. We are researching the medications that are often
not on hand in Boquete, and we plan to maintain an inven-
tory of those items, in addition to those which are more
frequently prescribed.
We believe that the customer service provided here by the
pharmaceutical industry needs improvement. We are in the
process of finding the most knowledgeable, friendly and
bilingual staff. We will offer home delivery and prescription
reminders via email or WhatsApp.
As we approach the opening date, we know that we have
the support and encouragement of many in our community.
We hope to see you soon and we promise to provide you
with the best products and service in town!
