We would like to announce our next "Live Music with Dinner" events, coffee tasting and Spanish classes.

Sat. the 24th of August (5-7 pm)

American music & dinner night with the musical duo Andrea & Steven,

who play acoustic guitar and sing evergreens.

main: veggie burger with potato wedges and coleslaw

dessert: apple pie with vanilla ice cream

Dinner & Live Music with Ariel:

Live Music event with Ariel, an Argentinian singer who brings a mix of American, reggae and Latin songs, sung in English and Spanish. Ariel will share his life as a travelling musician by taking us on a musical voyage across Latin America.

Triple Coffee Pairing: Taste coffee prepared in 3 different ways!

A unique coffee-tasting experience, eat & drink coffee, while learning about Panama's unique Specialty Coffee. Coffee expert Melanie lets you relish coffee prepared by 3 different methods:

• THE BLEND
• THE METHOD
• THE COMBINATION

We start the afternoon with our Mounelli Houseblend, coffee locally sourced in Boquete, where we explain the different coffee varieties (Catuai, Pacamara & Geisha) and their flavour profile. Second, we try our Geisha Cold Brew, where we discuss flavour -& roasting profiles and this unique cold brewing method. To accompany this lovely Geisha coffee, we serve a classic Italian dessert, the tiramisu, prepared with our espresso blend. During the tasting, participants will receive tips & tricks to brew coffee better at home and a handy leaflet with the coffee and dessert recipes.

Spanish classes at Mounelli, with teacher Hower.

► BASIC LEVEL:

Every Thursday, from 9:00-10:30 am

Perfect for those who would like to learn basic Spanish (verb conjugations, use of adjectives,...) or who would like to refresh their basic Spanish knowledge.

► INTERMEDIATE Level:

Every 2 weeks on Wednesdays, from 1-3 pm

This is the solution for people who want to practise Spanish speaking and listening, in a non-classroom setting, basic knowledge of Spanish is required.
