[News Boquete] Pot Pie are BACK!!!!

 Chicken Pot Pies are back!!  We've had lots of requests for the absolutely amazing comfort food and this week we were able to make it happen.  Our Chicken Pot Pies start with a delicious filling as we take perfectly cooked chicken breast and mix it with the trinity of Pot Pie vegetables (celery, peas, and carrots).  The next ingredient (and arguable the most important one) is the gravy.  We make sure to add just the right amount of gravy so that the ratio of gravy to filling is perfect.  Every vegetable and piece of chicken is coated beautifully and best of all our gravy doesn't split so you won't have to worry about a watery/milky mess that ruins the inside of your pie.  When it comes to the crust, we want you to have the freshest possible Pot Pie experience available.  Our experience has taught us that the only way to do that it to let you cook it for the first time!!  That's right, we do not prebake our pot pies.  We've found that prebaking ruins the texture and causes the gravy to soak into the crust, leaving you with a less that extraordinary product.  So, when you get a Pot Pie from 2 Guys & A Cooler you will be baking it for the first time.  We've included special instructions on the lid so that you can bake your pot pie to perfection and end up with a flakey crispy crust on the top and a crispy crust on the bottom (we cracked the code😉)!!  Our Pot Pie is perfect for 1-2 adults and comes in our signature rectangle form.  I've included a photo of a recently cooked pot pie so that you can see what you will actually be getting.  All of the images of our entrees on our site are photos of the actual meals.  We do not use stock photos. 

 

This week we also have our delicious Beef & Guinness Stew with some of the most tender, local, 100% grass fed beef you will ever eat.  It's hard to believe that it's local beef but it is!  This stew is rich and loaded with Guinness flavor.  I personally love this dish with mashed potatoes but some of you have been requesting this dish with rice so we've decided to make the rice or potatoes an add on.  If you want rice or our amazing creamy mashed potatoes be sure to add that to the order!!  I cooked a plate of our stew, took a photo, and included it below (potatoes are an add on).  What you see here is what you will be getting.

 

In the mood of Beef Stroganoff?  We've got you covered.  Our Beef Stroganoff uses local beef that's been prepared in such a way to deliver the ultimate in tenderness!  Our rich & creamy mushroom and onion sauce really make this dish though.  Very beefy with the perfect acidity and umami notes to balance it all out.  Each order comes with a pack of egg noodles to seal the deal.  Delicious!!  I've attached a picture for you to see what this dish looks like once it's heated up and served.

 

What about Salisbury Steak?  We've taken this classic beef entrée up a notch by enhancing our steaks with tons of flavor.  Smothered in a rich and velvety brown gravy these steaks are unmatched.  The portion size is huge and can easily feed 1-2 adults depending on your appetite.  Mashed potatoes are not included.  Below is an actual photo of the Salisbury Steak dinner with a portion of mashed potatoes on the side.

 

 

If you are into long term food storage, be sure to check out our freeze-dried food items.  Things like meatloaf, chili, specialty ethnic dishes, soups, pasta plates, and casseroles.  These items will all have a 25+ year shelf life and do not require refrigeration.  Great for camping, survival food, and emergency preparedness.  All you will have to do is add hot water and VOILA!!!  Your meal is ready.

 

In addition to the long-term food storage, we will also have freeze dried treats as well.  Ice Cream, Dragon Fruit Chips, Candies.  This week we are giving away free samples, be sure to add your free samples to the cart when you make an order!!
