Greetings to all our friends and neighbors — and if you're new in town, I'd like to personally welcome you to Boquete.
In 2025, we have more food options here in Boquete than ever before — and that number keeps rising. As a food business owner, I love that because it pushes local establishments to "do better." At the end of the day, the customer wins — with better service, better food, and better prices.
For over 14 years, the 2 Guys & A Cooler team has consistently raised the bar in the prepared meal space. Our brand has not only set the standard for prepared meals but has become a symbol of affordability and quality — but are we right for you?
Let's find out…
- Are you tired of cooking and find shopping for ingredients time-consuming and stressful?
- Are you on a budget and looking to save money?
- Do you miss the flavors of classic home-cooked meals you grew up with?
- Are you leaving town for a while and your significant other is staying behind — but they don't cook?
- Do you enjoy trying new dishes prepared by a professional chef, but prefer to eat at home?
- Are you buying food only to discover the portions and quality don't match the marketing or the price?
- Are you active and busy exploring your new surroundings, and cooking is the last thing on your mind?
- Do you like supporting a local, community-driven, family-run business?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then we invite you to give us a try. While we are not the only option in the prepared meal space, 2 Guys & A Cooler has built a reputation for delivering consistent quality at the best price.
It's pretty incredible that in 2025, you can still enjoy a delicious, home-cooked meal — prepared by trained professionals — for around $4.50 per person (on average). Our meals are designed to feed two adults, and the average cost per meal is about $9.00.
2 Guys & A Cooler offers a truly dynamic and diverse menu. We feature new items every week and cycle through more than 320 entrees, with something for everyone — beef, lamb, pork, chicken, shrimp, fish, vegetarian, and even vegan.
Our cooking styles span Cajun, Mexican, Thai, Indian, Vietnamese, Italian, Polish, Russian, German — and the list keeps growing.
We also offer sausage! I could list them all, but it would take too long. Let's just say: there's not a sausage on the planet I can't make, so if you love charcuterie, you've come to the right place. We make everything from breakfast sausage to dry-cured salami.
If you haven't guessed by now, we take food very seriously. We've dedicated our lives to this craft and hang our reputation on two things: great customer service and amazing food. Want to know more about us? Ask around. Hear what others are saying about their experience with us. 😉
FOOD TIME!
Rendered Bacon Fat
By popular demand, we've added smoked bacon fat to our menu. You'll find it under the "EXTRAS" category. Naturally smoked with hickory wood, it adds a beautiful depth of flavor to anything — tamales, tortillas, savory pie crusts, or quiche. Fry French fries or chicken wings, sauté veggies — or just smear it on toast. Delicious. I expect this item to sell out quick so if you don't see it on the menu, it means it's already gone.
Southern-Style Pot Roast
There's something special about Southern cooking — it's simple, delicious, and never pretentious. Growing up, Pot Roast was a weekly staple at our table. It always brings a smile to my face — maybe it's the ultra-tender beef, the sweet carrots, the aroma from the kitchen… or just the memory of simpler times.
We've worked for 14 years to crack the "beef code" in Panama, and we finally did. The meat in our pot roast is unbelievably tender and flavorful. Each portion weighs 2¾ pounds and can easily feed 2 adults — possibly 4.
Here's what your neighbors are saying about the pot roast:
"Eric, your pot roast is unbelievable! We can get 4 incredibly satisfying meals out of one bag. Don't change a thing." – Pete
"I feel like I'm back home eating my Nana's Pot Roast. Thank you for such a nostalgic experience!" – Maralyn
"Not sure what you do to make the beef taste like that, but I LOVE IT!!" – Robyn
"I had given up on beef here, but you've restored my faith. Do you sell just the beef?" – David
"So much food!! I am one happy camper." – Mark
Italian Lasagna
Made with our house-crafted Italian sausage, freshly ground beef, ripe tomatoes, creamy ricotta, and a blend of herbs and spices. We don't cook it before delivery — so you get the first bake at home, which makes a big difference in flavor and freshness.
Each portion is about 2 pounds — enough for 2–4 adults (or 1 hungry teenager 😂).
Mexican Tortilla Soup
Perfect for rainy days. This brothy chicken soup is loaded with zucchini, roasted corn, red bell peppers, black beans, fresh tomatoes, onions, and garlic, garnished with thinly sliced tortilla chips. Warm, hearty, and deeply flavorful.
Baked Spaghetti
A cheesy, meaty, all-beef pasta dish layered with house-made beef sauce, spaghetti noodles, cheddar, and mozzarella. Baked into a casserole-style dish that's deeply satisfying.
Each portion is just under 2 pounds, ideal for 2 meals or 2 adults.
Our beef pasta sauce has become so popular that it's now available as a stand-alone item — perfect for your own kitchen creations.
Classic Pot Pies
We recently brought back our famous pot pies — including our newest hit, the Beef Pot Pie. We don't make these often because they're labor-intensive, so supplies are limited!
For 14 years, our pot pies have been a local favorite. Here's what your neighbors are saying:
"Absolutely magnificent! The beef was tasty and tender — something you never find here. Gracias!" – Laurel
"Just finished my first chicken pot pie. Fantastic! The crust… OMG, out of this world." – Kevin
"OMG!!!!!!! Just had the beef pot pie — amazing!!! Sooooo tender. Got any more?" – Dee
"Are you kidding me with this crust? WOW! That's the pot pie experience I've been looking for." – Mike
"You should keep pot pies on the menu all the time. Best in town." – Susan
"Perfect gravy, lots of chicken and vegetables, crispy crust top and bottom. You guys are in the right space." – Bryan
"We love chicken pot pie. From a pot-pie-loving family, this gets a 10/10. I wish I had a bigger freezer." – Celeste
Loaded Baked Potato
Our baked potato is seasoned and baked till tender, then mixed with sour cream, chives, butter, and cheddar cheese. We top it off with more cheddar and crispy bacon.
Each portion weighs over 1.5 pounds — a hearty main or the perfect side.
