[News Boquete] La casita de Ale is open!

Hi everyone!

I wanted to announce that we are back! From this Thursday 23rd of October, we are going to be back to our regular hours. From 8:00am to 6:00pm, Kitchen closes at 4:00pm.

We have some new dishes I wanted to talk to you about!

First, we are adding a burger to our menu. 100% angus beef double smashed burger, with a smoked black garlic aioli, provolone cheese, caramelized onion and arugula. It is a umami bomb which I love! ($14)

We are also adding a Greek salad, super fresh perfect for sharing, for a meal, or on the side! ($7)

We are changing our Fish with ceviche salad (don't worry! we are still going to sell the ceviche salad per order) to a Moroccan style fish. Little spicy, full of flavor and it comes with a side of rice. ($18)

I fell in love with Thai green curry when I was on my honeymoon and dreamed of making my own homemade curry. Made with Panamanian ingredients, we are adding a green curry make from scratch! with coconut milk, carrots and eggplant served with chicken and a side of rice. I am planning on having a vegan option (without fish sauce) served with tofu. Our curry is shrimp free! ($14)

Lastly, we are adding a Casita breakfast. 2 free range eggs your way, with Challah toast, arugula salad, homemade jam and butter ($6). You can add veggies, bacon and fruit for an extra 1/2$. You can also change the toast for a biscuit for only $2.

I've missed seeing everyone around! I hope you stop by soon to try the new dishes, catch up, and enjoy some good food made with love. ❤️
