[News Boquete] Chiriqui Market Cuisine: The Beef Class at Boquete Country Club


Learn about the local cuts of beef, what they are called in Panama and their equivalent names in the USA; we will illustrate these cuts using a bilingual chart for better comprehension.

We will provide our students with the ingredients needed to prepare 7 recipes using local cuts of beef and they will have the opportunity to sample and enjoy each dish prepared in the class.

I will discuss edible herbs and fruits that grow in Boquete and I will endeavor to answer all of your questions regarding the ingredients.

Mr. Jerry Knezic from The Cutting Edge will speak to us about the proper use and maintenance of knives and knife sharpening will be available on the premises.

 

Cost: $35.00 (includes the ingredients)

Location: Boquete Country Club, road to Palmira. Exact address will be provided to those who register

Escucharemos una charla de Jerry Knezic de CUTTING EDGE sobre mantenimiento y uso adecuado de cuchillos, Jerry estará disponible para afilar cuchillos.
