I continue to be impressed and surprised by both the speed and overall effect of taking your Tumeric and Ashwagandha tinctures. Over the last year the pain in both hip joints has increased from zero to what was becoming extremely uncomfortable. I was not looking forward to my next visit with my doctor fearing options of shots or joint replacement. Within two days of starting your tinctures (three doses per day) the pain in both hips was reduced by 90%, and continues to remain almost negligible. I am now starting to reduce the daily dosage to determine what is needed to sustain the magic on an ongoing basis.
