On Saturday, November 11, Fundacion Pro-Integracion (The Handicap Foundation) held its annual gala event to celebrate the crowing of the queen. The handicapped children are never chosen to be kings or queens in the public school system so this is the answer for them. Lots of folks worked hard to make this happen. To name just a few:
