Just heard Cecelia passed away yesterday at Regional Hospital. Her funeral will be at 10 am at the church on Thursday. My info is from Martha Miranda. Sure you can verify with others. She has been an icon in our little town. Hope you can announce it on news boquete. One of our founders is gone!
