Jame's translation of Article 308 of the Panama Penal code.
"Anyone who spreads a disease dangerous or contagious to humans or infringes the sanitary measures adopted by the competent authorities to prevent the introduction or spread of a disease will be punished with prison for four to six years. If it is a contagious disease, the penalty will be ten to fifteen years in prison."
The second clause makes me wonder a bit about the word "contagious" in the first clause, but whatever...
