Last year was particularly trying for individuals and couples. Negative feelings for our situation, other people, and ourselves can persist and create difficult issues for us all. Professional support offers a good way to get our lives back on track.
Over the last five years I have worked as a professional coach and counselor with many individuals and couples in the Boquete area. I continue to support those who are in need. Whether in person or over the internet using Zoom, I am offering my services at extremely reasonable rates for those having difficulties. Individuals or couples are welcome.
