How it works- Every person is unique. The two therapies can be of equal length or one may be a little longer than the other. About the Therapist- Suzanna Clare has a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, is a Certified Integrative Yoga Therapist and a Certified Mat and Ball Pilates instructor, She was also a Personal Trainer and licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Florida for 30 years. Ms. Clare is Certified to do the Upledger CranioSacral Therapy 10 Step Protocol. Prior to the quarantine, Suzanna taught group and private Pilates Classes at the Haven for 8 years. She is a resident of Panama and has a Panama Work Permit.

Session Fees- $40 for 60-75 minutes, $50 for 90 minutes, and $60 for 105 to 120 minutes.
