Armando Dixon, who has previously worked for 20 years in Boquete at Casa Esperanza, and his wife Cirila, have received their non-profit organization papers from the Panama government. They now officially have PROEDUC.A.N.N. "SJR." They work on the Comarca at Chorcha and Soloy with three feeding and afterschool programs. Armando has a Master's Degree in English, and Cirila is in her third year at Panama University, majoring in Bachelor of Science in family and community development.
