Group Meditation Classes- Exploring the Science & Psychology of Meditation for the Wholeness & Well-being of  Mind & Body.

Each session we will listen to a single teaching of Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach or Joe Dispenza.

Followed by a group discussion, 

Ending with a meditation for the teaching.

Anticipated total time of each session- 60-90 minutes.

Group Organizer- Suzanna Clare, M.A., with a BA in Religious Studies and a M.A in Rehabilitation Counseling. A student of Psychology and Buddhist studies for 40+ years. 

Also a Certified Yoga & Pilates Instructor, a student & instructor of Somatic Movement  and a former Lic. Massage Therapist in Florida, Certified to perform the 10 step Protocol of the Upledger CranioSacral Therapy System. Weekly Group Meditation sessions begin Monday January 16th at 1:30 p.m., in a home south of Ivan's in Alto Boquete. 

Group size limited to 6 persons per session.
