[News Boquete] Tues Oct 13 BCP Market Blue Plate Specials

Hi Folks,

Here's this week's menu of delicious, healthy, flavorful choices:

This week we will have more Pork Carnitas! Gluten Free

An 8 oz container of tender, crispy porky yumminess.

We will also have authentic Enchiladas, in 3 flavors. Gluten Free (corn tortilla)

Pork Carnitas, Shredded Chicken, and Sautéed Veggie Medley.  

These will come 2 to a box, with house made enchilada sauce, a squiggle of crema, Mexicali Rice, black beans and a fresh chopped tomato salsa garnish.

This week's fruit galette flavor is peach and prune, with a marzipan/banana base and a buttery crispy french pastry crust. 

Whole, $10 or by the slice at the market $3 for 1/4 of a pie.

Our regular items:

Carolina style Pulled Pork BBQ in an 8 oz container.  All meat, with SNT BBQ sauce on the side. New this week, a vinegar/mustard BBQ sauce alternative. Gluten Free

California Chicken salad with grapes and tarragon (from my garden) in a light dairy dressing. 8 oz container, enough for 2 nice sandwiches. Gluten Free

Stuffed Bell Peppers (most are yellow and red) Gluten Free

5 Veggie/Non Dairy OR Beefy Meaty Cheesy.

We use organic 3 color Quinoa and Wild Rice in our stuffing.  No white rice or white potatoes.

You get 2 fully stuffed peppers with house made enchilada sauce. Weight is over 1 lb.

And, of course there will be fresh baked moist and gooey Cinnabons! Still only $1.
