Whether you are just beginning your yoga practice, or have an advanced practice, we have a class for you. We also offer yoga for kids, a variety of different types massages, Ayurvedic Oil Treatments, Personal Training & Health Coaching, RAW Food Preparation Classes & Ayurvedic Cooking Classes.
