We are very pleased and excited to send out a sneak peek of this week's menu. We have many new and exciting things on the horizon and wanted to invite all who are not currently part of our email list to get on it ASAP. Simply reply to this message or send an email to cajuneric@gmail.com. We send out an email leach week with a variety of menu choices.
If you are new in town we want to welcome you home... We offer the largest selection of International dinners anywhere around. All of our dinners are for 2 adults and the all come packed and frozen. All you have to do is reheat and enjoy. No mess and no fuss!! We know that your time is very valuable and so we aim to offer the most options to make our service a go to business for you and your family. We are a small family operated business that consists of my Wife (Cecelia), my son (Chandler) and myself (Eric). Our 2 youngest don't count just yet but they are Keira and Aidan... I hope to meet you soon and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to call or write me an email. We have been in the country for 5 years and through all of it we have attained all of our permanent visa cards, work and health permits as well as drivers license. We know where to buy just about anything that you might be looking for and also alternative ways to receiving shipments from the US.. We know how CRAZy Panama can seem in the beginning. Sometimes a nice conversation with another expat can help you catch a breath!!
This week we have all sorts of goodies, Tilapia, Chili, Meatloaf, (Gourmet) Sauerkraut, Beef and Guinness Stew, Exotic Spices, Organic ChapStick and so much more...
If you see anything that you like please reply to this email and let me know. I will have it for you. We have 3 delivery options.
1. Tuesday at the BCP (Between 9am and 12 noon)
2. Pick up from our home on Monday after 2pm.
3. Deliver to your doorstep (depending on where you live) on Monday afternoon.
Please let me know if you are picking up at our house on Monday (Anytime after 2pm), if you want delivery, or if you will be picking up at the BCP.
If you are picking up at our home (remember that you get a 10% Discount) just call when you come and honk when you get to get to the gate. If you need directions let me know so I can send them.. My number is 6866-0072
If you want home delivery this week you must let me know in your preorder. Send me your phone number, and give me directions to your house. If I delivered to your place last week there is no need for additional directions.. On Monday afternoon (between 2 and 5) I will be making deliveries. Thanks to all who took advantage of this.

From The Spice Rack:
Garam Masala $3.00: This wonderful Indian Spice is an absolute must if you enjoy Middle Eastern Cooking. Use on Vegetarian, Chicken, Beef, this spice is a blend of exotic spices that come together to add a taste like no other. We use this spice in our Indian dishes and is one of the primary ingredients in our Tika Masala.
Coriander Powder $3.00: A great Spice that we use quite often in some of our Thai and Indian Dishes. This is the Powder version of this Spice.
Coriander Seeds $3.00: Coriander seed is the seed from the cilantro plant. This spice is best when toasted first to bring out the nuttiness and to release the oils from the seed. Also used heavily in pickling this is a very versatile spice that can be used fresh, toasted, ground, whole, or crunched up.
Ajwain Seeds (carom) $3.00: Ajwain seeds are used as a spice in Indian, Pakistani, or Middle Eastern Dishes. The grayish-green seeds are striped and curved (similar to cumin or caraway seeds in appearance), often with a fine silk stalk attached. They are usually sold whole. The seeds are often chewed on their own for medicinal value, tasting bitingly hot and bitter, leaving the tongue numb for a while. Cooking ajowain mellows it somewhat. When crushed, they have a strong and distinctive thyme-like fragrance. A great addition to your spice cabinet.
Fennel Seeds $3.00: A great spice to have. This seed is considered Pork's best friend. A great addition to any lasagna, spaghetti, pork sausage, can be toasted for a deeper richer flavor but works as is without any problems. This spice can be used in many exotic dishes but can also be used to flavor toothpaste and make really creative desserts.
Whole Cumin Seeds $3.00: Probably one of the more difficult spices that I've had to get since here in panama. They sell the Powder but not the seeds... This spice plays an important role in Indian and middle eastern dishes but is also a staple in Mexican and Tex Mex cooking. Toast this seed for a nutty/peppery flavor and spice up you refried beans or tacos...
Organic Chap stick Line: Made will all natural and organic ingredients:
Orange $3.00: Orange Oil, Coconut oil, Cocoa Butter, and Beesewax
Raspberry $3.00: Made from unrefined Organic Shea Butter, organic beesewax, Mango Butter, and Aloe Butter this chap stick uses the essence of the raspberry oil for a lip balm that is amazing. Because of the butters used, this chap stick has natural organic sun block as well.

Roxanne's "Worthy Cause" Dog Treats $2.00 each bag or 2 bags for $3.00: This treat was made with love and goes to help fund a worthy cause to bring food, clothing, Bibles, and Help to those that are less fortunate than us. Each week we have been visiting different villages and getting to know the children and the adults. We find that there are many needs like baby clothing, diapers, food, medical attention that constantly come up. In an attempt to raise awareness, raise funds, and provide a product for your contribution we decided to have a special dog biscuit made especially for this. You can feel good knowing that 100% of all the profit from this item is going to help someone less fortunate. Also you can know that every time your furry friend gets a snack someone you don't even know is saying, "Thank you!".

Gourmet Sauerkraut (Caraway & Celery Seed) 16oz container $4.00: This is the debut of an amazing product. First come first serve as I only made a limited amaount to test our new crock. I plan on starting a new batch tomorrow. This batch is simply superb.. Purple and Green Cabbage mixed with Caraway seed and Celery Seed and Celtic Sea Salt makes for an outstanding gourmet "No run of the Mill" sauerkraut. We've let this kraut ferment for about 3 weeks and it is exploding with flavor. The subtle complex flavors of the cabbage come out when fermented in ideal temperatures that isn't too hot or too cold. Great Crunch and Great Flavor... You be the judge..
Overstuffed Mexican Chicken Burritos $7.00: This Burrito is truly a gourmet burrito. We start with a delicately prepared bed of Mexican Rice and homemade refried beans. We then add sautéed bell peppers and onions that have been slightly seasoned and softened. Tomato salsa comes next. Finally we lay to rest our grilled fajita cooked chicken breast that has been covered in our special Mexican cheese blend. We are now officially OVERSTUFFED!!! But Wait! There's more.. We add olives, fresh cilantro, and more cheese.. This is 1 BIG Burrito!!. Feeds 2.
Beef & Guinness Stew $8.00: Enjoy the depth of flavors this stew has to offer. Sweet carrots counter the bitterness of the dark beer and the malty flavors infuse the tender and juicy beef chunks in this delicious stew. This stew stands alone or can be serve with mashed potatoes. Feeds 2.
Eric's Kicked Up Meatloaf $8.00: Delicious beef and pork mixed with an assortment of sautéed vegetables, combined and tossed with an original meatloaf sauce… Full of BOLD flavors. Served with a side of Home Fries. Moist and delicious. Feeds 2.
LF) Almond Crusted Tilapia $9.00: This Low Fat fish dish is beautiful, light, and delicious. Pan fried in Olive oil this fish is crusted with ground almonds and parmesan cheese and is perfectly seasoned.... So yummy. Served with olive oil roasted vegetables and fresh herbs (Cauliflower, carrots, Broccoli). This dish is only pan fried so the first bake belongs to you. Feeds 2 adults
(V) Deluxe Creamy Mac & Cheese $7.00: Who doesn't just love Mac and Cheese? This version is ultra creamy and super cheesy! We utilize many different types of cheeses to make this amazing comfort food. Cheddar, Mozzarella, Cremoso, and Parmesan just to name a few all come together for a rich and creamy experience that's topped with a butter breadcrumb topping. Great as a side or as a stand-alone meal. Bake and enjoy. Feeds 2
Thai Coconut Chicken Curry $8.00: This Thai Street food is a wonderful taste of authentic Thailand. Fresh yellow curry made from scratch stir fried in Coconut oil and tossed together with white chicken breast meat. All ingredients are then tossed with fresh ginger, Kaffir Lime and garlic and allowed to simmer with cubed potatoes, diced tomatoes, and served with toasted coconut. Feeds 2 adults. Add a bag of Cooked Jasmine Rice for only $1.00. This is a Mild - Medium spicy dish
Spinach, mushroom, & Provolone Chicken Bake $10.00: This wonderful chicken dish brings together a beautiful array of flavors. Ripe tomatoes , olive oil sautéed button mushrooms, onions, and butter sautéed spinach are tossed together with a cream mushroom sauce and provolone cheese. This is combined with olive oil grilled chicken and then poured over rotini (Spiral) pasta. Such a wonderful dish. Feeds 2-3. This dish comes packed with ingredients and packed with flavor..
Smoked Ham and Potato Casserole $8.00: This Comfort food is simple and delicious. We had some request to make it so here we are.. Made with Extra Virgin Olive oil and pure New Zealand Butter. Now with more of everything!! Cheese, Smoked Ham, potatoes, carrots and peas. Blanched, boiled, roasted, and creamed this simple dish uses many different styles of cooking and the end result is always the same. Delicious. A Cheesy and wonderful combination Feeds 1- 2 Adults
(GF)Chinese Beef and Broccoli $8.00 (Now with less sodium): Enjoy this classic take out dish. Wonderful and tender beef tossed with blanched crisp broccoli and mixed with a tangy and spicy Chinese sauce. We changed our soy sauce brand and it made a wonderful difference in the saltiness of this dish. I also tweaked this recipe to add a delicate sweetness to balance out the spicy. It came out ridiculous. Great over noodles or over white jasmine rice. This dish will feed 2 adults. (Does not come with rice) This is a medium Spicy Dish
Thai Chicken Green Curry with Vegetables $8.00: This amazing dish has wonderful spicy flavors that can only be described as "Thai done Right". Tender and juicy thigh meat that has cooked in our curry paste with olive oil is tossed with spinach, red bell peppers, fresh ginger, garlic, and potatoes. This green curry packs a load of flavor with the infusion of coconut milk. Talk about awesome. An exotic dish that fills your Thai craving. This portion is for 1 -2 Adults and is best over Jasmine Rice (Jasmine Rice not included). THIS IS A SPICY DISH
Chicken Leek and Mushroom Casserole $9.00: Tender Chicken Thighs cooked in a white wine reduction sauce with crispy bacon, button mushrooms, and fresh leeks (Puerro). This comfort food simply takes the cake in flavor. Served with a generous portion of creamed mashed potatoes. Now with more mushrooms, bacon, leeks and chicken!! Feeds 2.
(GF) Boquete Chili $8.00: I have made another batch due to the overwhelming requests. We really appreciate the feedback by the way!!. Using ground pork, bacon, ground beef, beer, beans and loads of great Chipotle spices we have created a chili masterpiece. Medium Spicy and goes great over rice or by itself this chili will bring comfort to those "chili" rainy nights in Boquete. Feeds 2 adults and has over 2 pounds of chili. Serve with sour cream, green onions, and cheddar cheese
(V)(LF) Veggie Burgers $2.00 each: On a special request we are bringing back the veggie burgers. We have made a fresh batch and they are sure to please. I have to admit that this batch is quite possible the best it's ever come out. We were able to fine tune our recipe and with the tweaks thia Veggie Burgher will knock your socks off. Fresh roasted red peppers, olives, artichokes, red onions, chickpeas, black beans, and white beans, garlic, jalapenos, red onions and lots of exotic spices are just a few of the ingredients in this awesome patty.. Great texture and very moist... Serve as a burger or eat by itself with salsa and sour cream (like I love to do).
(GF)Chicken Basque $8.00: Back by popular demand this Spanish chicken dish has been slow cooked in a tomato base with nice chunks of smoked ham and seasoned with paprika and a dash of chili. Fresh Herbs are added to bring this dinner together. Tender thigh meat is used because of it's incredible flavor and its ability to reheat perfectly and stay moist. This dish is best over cooked rice and feeds 2 adults. (Rice not included)
Salad
Cobb Salad $7: In the mood for a crisp and refreshing salad to start the week? This salad just takes the cake. Chicken, tomatoes, bacon, Bleu Cheese, eggs, onions. A mix of 4 varieties of hydroponically grown lettuce and a house crafted original cob salad dressing… This is a fresh salad and will be good for a couple days in the refrigerator.

Cooked Jasmine Rice $1.00: Each bag has pre-cooked rice ready for you to warm up and serve with your dinner. Easy and no hassle
Breads
Banana Walnut $5.00: A great market Classic. Sells out every time. Moist and delicious full of perfectly ripe bananas and topped with walnuts. Freezes great.
Ready Bake Crescent Rolls $5.00/ bag of 5: This product is superb!! Each order comes with 5 crescent rolls that have been frozen solid. All you have to do is let them rise and bake them. These fresh Crescent rolls are big enough for a sandwich!! Ultra flakey and really tasty. (Limited Quantity Available)

Brownies $1: Treat yourself to a chocolate blast. 4 Types of chocolate and with walnuts this dessert is for the serious chocolate lover
