Hello All,
All Yoga Boquete classes will be temporarily on hold while the location undergoes minor renovations. "Room of Time Gym" (formerly J&S Gimnasio) is getting a face-lift for the new year: new paint, more equipment... and a new dedicated yoga room! As such, classes will resume on Thursday, January 4th.
Class schedule and price will remain the same.
Gentle Hatha: Monday, Thursday, Saturday 10-11 am
Ashtanga 'Short Form': Wednesday & Friday 10-11 am
Power Flow: Tuesday 2-3 pm
All classes are $6.00
Mats are available to rent or purchase.
