Democrats Abroad Panama will have its annual meeting in Panama City on September 1 at the Balboa Yacht Club. The Chiriquà branch will be meeting on August 23 (Thursday) at 2 pm. We plan on having a get together, where members can become acquainted and discuss issues that we may want to bring to the country wide meeting.
