A Celebration of Life Service will be held for Kim Miller, 10/23/56 – 7/15/18 on Tuesday afternoon August 21st at 2:00 pm at the BCP Events Center in Boquete.
Kim was known as one of the founders, along with her husband Ron, of Finca Santa Marta, an organic vegetable farm in Western Panama in the Chiriquà Province. It is fitting that her service is being held at the BCP, site of the Tuesday Morning Market as she was one of the founders of the market as well.
She passed away peacefully at her New Market, VA home with her husband at her side early on the morning of July 15 after a courageous 3 month battle with a rare form of lung cancer. She was diagnosed in mid April shortly after returning to the US from Panama.
Ron Miller will be in Panama from August 15th through the 29th to attend to business. He can be reached at 6459-5218 during that period. His USA cell number is 540-560-9680.
