If you enjoy your wine and beer with dinner, and if you desire to prepare for future contingencies, be advised that Minsa (the Panamanian health agency that is managing the return to the "new normal" lifestyle) is publicly discussing for the third time the possibility of a return to a nationwide ban on the sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages. (BTW, "consumption" is generally interpreted to mean consumption in public places, not constraining consumption within a private residence.)
