Minsa Advances Recommendations for Reopening of Beauty Salons
There is good news on the cosmetics side of life with coronavirus. Minsa is considering including beauty salons in the Block 3 of businesses that will be allowed to reopen in the near future. No date is yet given for Block 3 businesses to reopen, and of course health safety guidelines will need to be followed.
